Cindy Safronoff held her first two author events over the weekend of August 15 & 16, 2015, in Langley and Seattle, Washington. The Langley event was held in the courtyard outside the Through the Reading Glass bookstore in the Langley Village mall. The Seattle event was held in a private home. Both events were attended by a friendly audience of about 10-12 people.
The intimate setting allowed for spontaneous questions and a lively discussion after selected readings from Safronoff’s new book Crossing Swords: Mary Baker Eddy vs. Victoria Claflin Woodhull and the Battle for the Soul of Marriage (This One Thing, July 4, 2015).
The readings and the book concept were well received, and several copies sold at each event.
